Carers Centre Choir
12-1pm Fridays in the City Centre
If you love to sing and meet new people, can you take a break from your caring role on Fridays to join our Carers Choir? No need to book and the charge of £3 per person is payable on the day. |

Self Care Through Mindfulness
10am Tuesday 5 April (Zoom event)
FREE taster session that includes an introduction to mindfulness, short meditations, simple mindful movement and some tools and techniques to enable carers to take care of themselves |

Emergency First Aid

We're partnering with British Red Cross for this FREE session being held in the city centre to help carers who want to learn some simple skills needed to deliver first aid in an emergency. |

Fraud & Scam Awareness

We're partnering with Home Instead on this FREE workshop covering a range of topics with the aim of helping to protect our community of carers from potential online scammers. |
